Old Weight: 140 lbs
Current Weight: 137.6 lbs Change in Weight: - 2.4 lbs Total Weight Lost: 20 lbs Weight Left to Go: 3-8 lbs (though, I'd be happy with 3 lbs before next transfer) How I Feel: I feel good. Wish I lost more, but I'm also on my period. I'm really happy seeing the scale under 140. I'm slowly inching towards my goal. I have about 2 weeks until my transfer, really hoping I make this goal. I did cheat twice this week and had pizza. Then realized, I can't eat pizza; when I eat pizza I get yellow, God awful smelling 💩, which is usually indicative of an intolerance. Considering, I eat cheese and I'm fine, it's likely the gluten. I've been gluten free mostly, and have had no issues prior to. I'm going to try to only cheat once this week. I haven't been walking every day, just from feeling crappy from AF, but I plan to start walking at night/morning now. I also still haven't cut caffeine. I really need to get on that.
