IVF 4 fresh transfer has failed, so I'm refocusing back on my diet and exercise program. Trying to rebuild my strength from bed rest and mandatory activity restriction. My hope is it takes me 7-10 days to work back to where I was.
I've found really awesome Paleo cake recipes, they definitely satisfy the sweet cravings very well. I need to put a heavy emphasis back on my diet. I'm no longer in school, I have time to cook and experiment in the kitchen again. This is really important to me, especially with my parents coming to visit me soon. I'm also enjoying wine again. Yeah, I can't cut it for dietary reasons. I just love tasting new ones and figuring out pairings. I am going to however try very hard to cut caffeine. I guess I need to start weighing in weekly again. I'll do that tomorrow morning. Maybe I'll even hit my goal weight (130-135 lbs) leading up to my next transfer. I do have about 3-4 weeks. It'll take a week from today to get AF, then another 2 weeks to trigger and a few days to transfer.
