I'm a long ways into this diet. I have had to make some adjustments due to being on antibiotics and sheer exhaustion from medication.
I've been trying very diligently to get more protein into my days, so I've been drinking protein shakes post workout in the am. Today I decided to double the amount, because I feel like I'm not getting enough protein without supplementing. I upped my weights a little bit with my legs, of course I'll be dropping them in about a week in preparation for transfer. I don't want to cause any fluid build up in my uterus whatsoever. I feel so strong 💪 and fierce. I haven't felt this way in so long. I'm hoping to be at 135 lbs or less next weigh in on Sunday.
