Well, people have noticed that I dropped weight. My husband really noticed it when I was getting ready for work the one morning.
I went way off my diet the past week. So now I'm putting my head down to ensure I stay on it now. Some workout adjustments I made include:
My goal is still to drop another pant size before next transfer. It is going to take work on my diet end. As much as I've gone off my diet, I've stayed to it. If that makes any sense. Like I'm still not having wheat, but I have eaten my fair share of potatoes. I'm trying to get back to eating nuts as snacks, but they do need to be roasted - raw I'm allergic to. I really do need to step on the scale. Next weigh in is going to be Saturday morning. OK. That's all for now.
