I weighed in on Sunday. I weighed 137.6 lbs. Considering I just started AF and have jumped way off the rails because of it, it isn't bad. I usually gain between 3-5 lbs for AF. I say in a week, I'll probably be at 130-132.
I really can't seem to get back into my diet. I'm not sure if it's the readjusting to work, the fact I haven't been feeling 100%, the fact my digestion is a mess, or a combination all around. Whatever the case, it needs to stop because I can't do it anymore and I want to refocus. Lack of sleep is causing me to crave sugar, shitty digestion is causing me to crave dry carbs, AF caused me to crave pizza and junk in general. My hope is I can get into a schedule and not crave things anymore. I have been trying to get a jog in a couple nights a week and have been successful in this. I think the weight loss has really helped my run time - I'm doing a mile in under 9'30". I'm really excited about this. I'm also finding it easier to go distances; however, my heartburn being at the level it is causes severe chest/gas pain making it difficult to go beyond 2-3 miles consistently. I need to start taking my heartburn medication again to try to curb it.
